THE 2018 GIVING JOURNAL

Image
With the holiday season in the air, most of us would want to have a planner to plot down events for the following year. I raise my hand for this because I have lots of events being lined up for next year, 2018. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf  is celebrating 10 years of The Giving Journal. Yes it's been 10 year. Out of these years I got 3 of these (2012, 2016 & 2017). What I love about the Giving Journal is I'm helping the Real Life Foundation to provide education to those who need the most. Now this is giving back <3 Here are the photos of the planners: All 4 designs of the 2018 Giving Journal DIY Cover Green Gray Blue Since yesterday was the first day to get a stamp & I got it. I have Caffe Latte for the Coffee/Espesso Based Beverage. 11 more stamps to go <3

THE HIVE CONCEPT STORE

Image
A lot of Concept Stores in sprouting around the Queen City of the South but also in different parts of the Philippines. So what is a Concept Store? According to Unibox.co.uk , a concept store is a place where new ideas are put together in a bid to enhance the shopper experience and sell more stuff.  Here are other information too from the said website: Concept stores often mix an eclectic assortment of products and lines such as books, beauty, fashion, food, and homewares; all carefully curated to appeal to a specific target audience. In addition, many concept stores offer experimental elements such as a cafĂ© or exhibition space, enhancing their appeal to those shoppers seeking a particular lifestyle. However, while concept stores are designed to engage, they shouldn’t be confused with flagship stores . Creating multi-sensory shopping experiences, flagship stores combine aesthetic and interactive elements, making them a destination venue in their own right. Ultimatel...

AUGUST 6, 2017 DEVOTIONAL: SELF-DISCIPLINE

Image
August 6, 2017 Devotional: Self-Discipline How does self-discipline help me to grow? God's Response: King Solomon became richer and wiser than any other king in all the earth. . . Now King Solomon loved many foreign women. . . The Lord had clearly instructed his people not to intermarry with those nations, because the women they married would lead  them to worship their gods. Yet Solomon insisted in loving them anyway. . . In Solomon's old age, they turned his heart to worship their gods instead of trusting only in the Lord his God, as his father, David, had done. . . Thus, Solomon did was evil in the Lord's sight ;  he refused to follow the Lord completely, as his father, David had done. - 1 Kings 10:23, 11 : 1-2, 4-6, NLT God's Promise : God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. - 2 Timothy 1 :7, NLT Reflection (made by the blogger herself): When we accept God in our lives, we are given the gift of salvatio...

Image
August 2, 2017 Devotional: Comparisons What are the standards against which I should compare myself? God's Response: As the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like him and reflect his glory even more. - 2 Corinthians 3:18, NLT Yes dear friends, we are already God's children, and we can't even imagine what we will be like when Christ returns.
